Another hurdel in a Small world continued

One week later:
The dogs are loose! God bless'em,  I'm pretty sure it had nothing to do with the neighbor. (I had a flat tier that morning and I might have left the gate unlocked tying to get to tiertown) Thankfully the neighbor that lives across the street who face my home, and can see everything all the time, loves my kids and dogs! So she called me while I was in line to pick up the kids at school, she got Sargy, my bull dog happy to go back inside. My dingy pitbull Alexa is running everywhere. Oh no the pitbull! Sadly is the type of dog that wets herself, if you try to pet her. She dose no justice for the breed. I have to understand that everyone sees her is nervous, that comes with the breed too.

Anyway, I was truly very grateful to have a neighbor that got off her keaster to rescue my dogs. She looked and looked, I could heard the people on the phone complaining about a loose dog.  But My neighbor found Alexa at another neighbors 3 doors down, they put Alexa in their back yard where the fence was 3' tall,  Alexa could have easily hoped over it. All in all an Hour had past, and I apologized a lot. I wanted to make it up to them even if they had called animal control. I wanted to show I appreciated they did something to keep my dogs safe. So I wanted to treat them like rockstars, I got them each a cookie plate from Croissants. And to the parents of the neighbor who called me, and all her help a pound cake, cause the raise a great daughter of 50 years.(age is only a state of mind)   Random acts of kindness should not go unnoticed and maybe next time they might not call animal control. I hope their is no next time.
